Aluminium Plate

At Essan Aluminum, we have the capacity to produce sheet aluminum with a maximum width of 1250mm and thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 12.00 mm, tailored to customer requirements.

Roll & Sheet
Alloy : 1050, 1060, 1070, 1200, 1235, 3003, 3103, 3105, 3004, 5005,
Condition : H0, H12, H22, H14, H24, H16, H26, H18, H28
Thickness : 0.8-12mm
Max. Width : 1250mm

The product obtained as a result of the rolling process is called Aluminum Sheet. Due to its ease of processing, aluminum sheets can be produced in various thicknesses. Depending on the thickness, it is also referred to as Aluminum Plate or Aluminum Sheet in the industry.

Aluminum

Aluminum is one of the most abundant elements in nature, widely used in various industries due to its lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties. Since pure aluminum lacks durability, it is alloyed with stronger materials for shaping and enhanced usability.

Aluminum has high resistance to degradation, making it suitable for numerous applications. Its surfaces can be treated for various finishes, including embossing and patterns such as diamond plate. It also allows for welding and easy joining, ensuring durability under demanding conditions.

Due to its lightweight nature, aluminum can be shaped more quickly than steel castings, reducing tool wear and breakdown rates. Surface coatings can further enhance its hardness, approaching the durability of steel.

Aluminum sheets, due to their low weight and density, facilitate savings in transport, packaging, and maintenance. Additionally, they can be produced in forms such as rolls, rods, tubes, and profiles.

Aluminum is a highly recyclable material, allowing each product to be reproduced without quality loss, significantly contributing to sustainability and recycling efforts.

  • Thin aluminum sheets are preferred in sectors such as advertising, machinery, and energy, while thicker sheets are used in mold and machinery industries.

  • Aluminum is widely used in the production of aircraft, ships, and cars, contributing to lower weights, corrosion resistance for longevity, and fuel efficiency due to its lightweight nature.

  • Its excellent heat conduction and retention properties make it a popular choice for coolers and kitchen tools.

  • Aluminum's protective property upon air exposure makes it suitable for preserving products in the food and chemical industries.

  • With its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, aluminum is widely used in electrical equipment and steam-based systems.

The widespread use of aluminum rolls and sheets is attributed to its numerous advantages over other raw materials. These advantages include:

  • Aluminum is lighter than other metals, making rolls and sheets easier to transport, process, and use.

  • Being more durable and corrosion-resistant than stainless steel, aluminum enables the production of long-lasting industrial products.

  • Aluminum's ease of processing and shaping allows for versatile applications in numerous industries.

  • Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity, making rolls and sheets widely used in thermal and electrical applications.

  • Aluminum is recyclable, eco-friendly, and energy-efficient, making it a sustainable choice.

  • With its modern appearance, aluminum is highly preferred in architectural and interior design applications.

  • Compared to other metals, aluminum is more cost-effective.
